The "3.8" Women's Day forum
In the morning of March 8, the conference’s room filled with warmth, there were the fresh poinsettia on the table, and all of female employees got together to celebrate their own festival - "3.8" International Women's Day.
At the meeting, the female workers spoke their minds freely which about their work and the company's growth and gave some suggestions, the room rang with applause frequently.
Chen Shilin, the company's executive vice president, prepared gifts for every female employee, and gave a speech. First of all he approved the effect of their "half the sky" in the company ,then asked their recent work and life, and encouraged them to be more initiative and creative so that they can devote to the development of the company as masters actively, and make more contributions to the company in the future.
